The following measures have been taken in place to reduce or offset carbon associated with operating events:

• An event app will be used for attendees to access agenda, make connections, and participate in session polling and Q&A.  No event agenda or brochure will be printed.

• We will offset carbon generated from travel, accommodation, meals (from the data that we gather).

• We partner with venues that are committed to preservation of the environment.

• Our lanyards are made of recycled materials.
